About the work

With this image I started with my experimental photography project called MushrooomBlooo in which I use techniques such as macrophotography, ultraviolet lighting, color correction also known as color grading. With this I want to emphasize hidden details we can not see with daylight into the micro world of plants, flowers and insects that live among us.

Euphoria

One of the intentions of this project is to capture sensations and feelings through the colors that result from UV photography and color correction made in Adobe Lightroom. A rush of euphoria was the feeling when I was processing that image. The mix of contrasting and fluorescent colors such as Magenta and Cyan over a Dark Blue color background gave me that feeling...

Resting under Moonlight

I love to take photos in the backyard at night, you can find scenes like this. That night the moon was so shiny and I just use a flash to complete that serene scene… I remember, since kid, so much light hurt my eyes and cry. that has always been a nuisance. I have always felt comfortable in places with low light and I try to capture it in my images.
